NICE Perform® Release - Player Codec Pack 9.10

NICE Perform® Release – Player Codec Pack is a lightweight add‑on that installs the proprietary codecs required to play back recordings created with the NICE Perform contact center recording platform. It enables recipients to open supported NICE audio (and, where applicable, screen-capture) files in the NICE Player and other compatible Windows-based players without installing the full NICE client suite. This is especially useful for supervisors, auditors, or legal teams who need read‑only access to shared recordings.
